CARICATURE; A picture or description or imitation of a person or thing that exaggerates certain characteristics, especially for comic effectAll caricatures are hand drawn. No computers are used in the making of the caricature.

All caricatures are an artists impression NOT a portrait.

I will try to draw the caricature from the information you provide, however at times I may not be able to include all aspects.

You understand that if you request changes to the caricature they may or may not be implemented at my discretion.

I aim to produce the caricature within 7 to 14 days. I will only guarantee a delivery date if a deadline date is requested by you the customer.


I request that you send 2 to 3 good quality photos of the person(s) you would like me to draw. It is at my discretion as to which photo I choose to draw unless requested otherwise by you the customer.

You the customer agrees to receive an artists impression of the chosen photo and that the caricature is NOT a portrait.

Your caricature will be a drawing based on the supplied photograph and will be very similar to the photograph.

I will send you a proof of the sketched~digital work of which changes can be made if you feel they are needed. Once you approve of the sketched~digital  work I have created then I will proceed to to the traditional work. Once I have finished the traditional work no changes can be made to the work, without the entire traditional work being redrawn. If you wish for me to redraw the traditional work a redraw fee will be incurred.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations I am not obliged to provide a refund for personalised items. A caricature is a personalised item.

Under all circumstances you agree to waiver your right to a refund once you receive the finished artwork. I the artist will hold no responsibility for any loss or damage to the artwork whilst in the hands of royal mail.

I the artist reserves the right to use any of the caricatures I produce as an example of my work on this website and any other selling tool I use.

I may also in some cases use photographs provided by you the customer on this website and any other selling tool I use for comparison reasons only. Unless you the customer request otherwise.

By accepting these terms and conditions you are allowing me to use your photographs unless stated otherwise in the information you provide.
